Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a role that offers meaningful patient relationships, professional independence, and flexibility outside of a traditional bedside setting? Right at Home Boston Northwest is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to join our home care team. This is a field-based home care position serving clients throughout our Boston Northwest service area, including Bedford, Lexington, Burlington, Woburn and surrounding communities. Local travel between client homes is required. Our preference is for an RN interested in 32–40 hours per week , but we don't want to miss a great nurse simply because they need a reduced schedule.
