Oversees referring physicians, payer, and patient communications. Serves as designated service line representative at the site and system-wide meetings. Development and implementation of short- and long-range plans to ensure continued service line success and consistency with Advocate’s philosophy and strategic plan(s). Develops and implements long and short-range goals and objectives, policies, and procedures to meet the demands for service in keeping with strategic plans.
