Job Summary Premier Healthcare, under new ownership and management by Stellar Health Group, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team on the 3 PM–11 PM shift. The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing staff, and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities Supervise LPNs, CNAs, Medication Technicians, and Restorative Aides on the 3 PM–11 PM shift. Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and procedures, including infection control requirements.
