Instructs, supervises and evaluates home health aide/personal care aide care provided every 14 days or as stipulated by law and regulation. Instructs, supervises and evaluated LPN/LVN care provided at least every 30-days. Exercises professional management. And coordinates care between and among involved parties in home, community providers and pediatric tertiary specialists.
