Qualifications Job Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License Supervisory experience in a team leader role in a primary care setting preferred Three years of work experience as a professional nurse Familiarity with community resources in the medical environment BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
