Maintain cooperative working relationships and provides support to other staff in the performance of their duties within the scope of the CMA/MA position/certification, Accept and complete directions as delegated by the Medical Provider(s) and members of the management team (Office Manager, Director of Practice Management and St. John 's Administration). Attend business related meetings as requested. Assist within other areas of-the practice when required. Enact proper chain of command for patient complaints, office and practice needs that require management input and awareness.
