Job Summary Coordinates the provision of direct patient care according to Nursing Care Standards. The Registered/Graduate Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and records patient care in accordance with the medical and nursing plans of care. Participates in teaching and rehabilitation of the patient. Coordinates discharge planning in conjunction with other members of the health team. Directs and assists with the Licensed Practical Nurse, Nursing Assistant, and Nursing Student in rendering care to patients, works collaboratively with all members of the patient care team and provides leadership so that standards of professional nursing practice are maintained in the clinical setting. Demonstrates ability to function as a charge nurse as assigned. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the span of life. He/she must be able to identify each patient’s age-specific needs and provide appropriate care for the adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient. Job Specification Minimum Education Required: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Minimum Experience Required: Level 1 and 2 Rehabilitation Nursing preferred. Licensure/Certification Required: Must possess current license as a registered nurse in the Sate of Pennsylvania or eligible nurse must pass their nursing boards within 6 months of hire. This position is responsible for the complete oversight of the Wound Care Center (WCC)®, to include the following functions: day-to-day center operations, staff management, financial management, quality/performance improvement, community education, and clinical functions oversight. The Clinical Program Director is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital. Works collaboratively, as part of a multi-functional team, to best determine key target referral sources, and develops a systematic approach to build those customer relationships and increase Wound Care Center (WCC)® referrals. Maintains, monitors and updates the list of Physician Practices within a given radius of the hospital on an ongoing basis. Visits Physician Practices and interacts with key physicians to provide awareness of the Wound Care Center (WCC)® program, using educational marketing materials. Also documents all physician office interactions, as well as the visits with the Physician Practices in the Healogics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Communicates on a regular basis with the (C)DO and/or (C)VPO and the hospital executive sponsor regarding goals, targets, and other relevant referral development information, as needed. Manages Quality/Performance Improvement functions (10%) Implements and manages a continuous Wound Care Center (WCC)® Performance Improvement Program (PIP) and strives to meet Wound Care Center (WCC)® quality indicators.Ensures program is integrated into the partner hospital’s PIP program. Participates in hospital committees as appropriate and ensures timely and accurate documentation in the patient record and outcomes database. Monitors patient, referring physician and customer satisfaction. Ensures that Patient Safety Guidelines are followed, that Healogics employees complete all annual requirements, including compliance requirements, and creates an environment that promotes the escalation of compliance concerns as appropriate. Manages clinical functions (20%) Is responsible for coordinating the clinical activities and directing the work of the clinical staff. This includes patient care assessment, patient care planning and implementation, and working on patient care quality improvement. The CPD partners with the for review of clinical practice. Establishes and maintains efficient methods of ensuring patients length of stay is appropriate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities In this role you will be: Establishes and maintains methods of ensuring patient length of stay is appropriate. Completes daily review of patients' progress during admission and follows up on discharge planning. Collects and maintains data. Compiles monthly reports and statistics for hospital-required initiatives. Compiles requested data for other departments as appropriate. Assists the case management team in monitoring the length of stay trends, assists with implementation of early discharge planning, reports barriers to discharge, and assists with needed insurance authorizations. Qualifications EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited LPN program EXPERIENCE: 1 year experience preferred Microsoft Office Suite experience LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania BLS within 30 days of hire Shift: Days Job Summary Scrub for surgery, assist in care of surgical patients, manage and care for supplies and equipment related to surgery, able to address age related needs for all patients according to AORN standards. Job Specification Minimum Education Required Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program. Minimum Experience Required Experience preferred; must complete orientation for O.R. Licensure/Certification Required Certification as Surgical Technologist from a nationally recognized institutional or programmatic accreditation required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire date after 12/29/2020. Must complete 10 hours of continuing education annually to maintain certification. Must be BLS certified required (or obtain within one month of hire) Skills Knowledge of sterile technique, surgical cases, sterilization, surgical instruments and their uses.

Job Summary Provides care through demonstrated competency in the deliver/management of anesthesia care, Provides care for elective and emergent procedures. Works collaboratively with management, physicians, and other members of the patient care team. Demonstrates knowledge of principles of growth and development over the span of life. Identifies each patient’s age specific needs and provides appropriate care for the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient. Required in-house call. Provides clinical activities as set forth in the CRNA Clinical Activity List Job Specification Minimum Education Required Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Graduate of an approved school of Anesthesia Minimum Experience Required 1 Year of clinical experience, including pediatrics, preferred. Licensure/Certification Required Current PA license as registered nurse. Current, valid certificate from the counsel on re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required. GRNA candidates for this certification must meet the following criteria: A Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Professional Nurse who is eligible to sit for an upcoming Nurse Anesthesia Certification Examination. This person will not be permitted to cover 24 – hour in – house call. The GRNA will work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Anesthesiologist. This position will be afforded to a new employee for one certification cycle only. At that time the employee must successfully pass the certification exam to meet the requirement.
