The Inpatient Rehabilitation department at St. Catherine Hospital is a ten-bed, acute inpatient physical rehabilitation unit. We care for post stroke and extremely debilitated patients and rehabilitate them to be able to go home safely. Our mission is to rehabilitate patients to their best quality of life. We are a desirable team that works collaboratively together, somewhat flexible schedule, and have a good education program within rehab. Overview The Nurse Practitioner will serve in a dual Hospice and Palliative Care role. In this position, they will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the continuum of serious illness, supporting patients in both palliative and hospice settings.
