The program provides specialized care and support for individuals with complex behavioral health and skilled nursing needs. As Director of Nursing, you will lead nursing operations within this inpatient setting and play a key role in clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, and the delivery of safe, effective care. Shifts Available: This role requires you to work onsite in Paramount, CA Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday; days and hours could vary as this is an inpatient program. Must be able to participate in the On-Call Rotation. Expected starting wage range is $140,000 - $165,000. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for activities and functions related to the administration of member care systems and member care in nursing areas and departments. POSITION SUMMARY The purpose of your job position is to provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident's assessment plan, with current federal, state and local standards and regulations that govern the facility, and as directed by your supervisors.
