Minimum of three years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or senior nursing leader preferred. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality improvement initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
