Observe residents for safety and report any and all changes in resident condition effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner to LN on duty Assist in development and revision of Service Plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches. Answers all resident pendant/pull cords immediately. Carry and possess a working knowledge of community call/communication system All other duties as assigned. Qualifications of Certified Nursing Assistant CNA / Health Care Aide HCA : Current Certified Nursing Assistant CNA / Health Care Aide HCA License. Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check, Health Screening including TB test. Must be eighteen (18) years old. Maintains current CPR and first aid certification. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret care plans. Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations knowledge. Ability to prioritize and organize assignments. The employee shall be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Fields Senior Living Physical Demands and Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistant CNA / Health Care Aide HCA : Maintain ability to lift 50 pounds; to stand or walk throughout the vast majority of the work day; and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist and reach. Must be willing to be active and on feet during entire work shift. Involves light to heavy physical activity performing non-strenuous and strenuous activities. Must have sufficient manual dexterity to work with the fingers and to reach/hand items.
