Position Title: Staff Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor Summary: Lunar Healthcare at Copper Ridge is recruiting for a registered nurse to fill a management/leadership role in a skilled nursing facility setting. The RN Supervisor supports the Director of Nursing with the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction during a designated shift. The RN Supervisor serves as a clinical operational liaison between units and the DON, ADON, medical director, and other nursing staff. Encourages shift to shift communication between incoming and outgoing nursing staff. Reviews prospective Admissions in relation to existing nursing capabilities and ensures readiness to treat. Ensure that patient's attending physician and family or responsible party are promptly notified of any significant change in the patient health condition. Investigates patient/family complaints and takes appropriate actions to bring to resolution.
