In this role, you will: Coordinate care with service team members. Complete necessary reporting and paperwork in a professional and timely manner. Participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision. Promote community integration and normalization principles. Maintain certification in mandated training. Follow all policies and procedures. Complete projects, duties or responsibilities delegated or assigned. Administer medications and treatments. Follow doctor’s orders and individual medication awareness programs.
