POSITION SUMMARY: The Center Manager drives day-to-day operations in the center, works to grow center’s business and to achieve or exceed annual financial goals while delivering on FastMed’s high standards of team member and patient safety, satisfaction, and service. Responsible for in-clinic execution of FastMed business, clinical, and marketing programs, and ensures that FastMed operational procedures and clinical standards are met. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Manages, motivates, and inspires team of positive team members at the center to foster commitment to the FastMed mission and vision and increase customer loyalty to FastMed. Coaches staff on operational methodologies and best practices to enhance service to patients, team member engagement and foster an environment of continuous improvement. • Oversees all day-to-day center operations, including staffing, patient flow and adherence to operational and clinical standards, and identifies opportunities for improvement within the center. • Ensures resources and available, including supplies and necessary equipment within the center. • Owns center turnover and works with team members to make impactful improvements. Responsible for in-clinic execution of FastMed business, clinical, and marketing programs, and ensures that FastMed operational procedures and clinical standards are met. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Manages, motivates, and inspires team of positive team members at the center to foster commitment to the FastMed mission and vision and increase customer loyalty to FastMed. Coaches staff on operational methodologies and best practices to enhance service to patients, team member engagement and foster an environment of continuous improvement. • Oversees all day-to-day center operations, including staffing, patient flow and adherence to operational and clinical standards, and identifies opportunities for improvement within the center. • Ensures resources and available, including supplies and necessary equipment within the center. • Owns center turnover and works with team members to make impactful improvements. Provides individualized patient care for patients including: Adult - 18-72 years, Geriatric - 72 + years, according to established policies, procedures, guidelines and nursing standards of care. This position is primarily responsible for the initial assessment and case development of patients in all stages of life in their homes based on the nurse’s experience and competency evaluation.
