Description The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. Key Responsibilities: Helps to provide a comprehensive plan to meet clients needs, daily as well as long term. Maintains records of client’s daily activities, including general condition of client. Aids in client’s daily routine, activities include but are not limited to, personal care, light housekeeping, errands and meal preparations. Accurately and timely completes aide activity sheets, submitting activity sheets on a timely basis as specified by department policies. Attends a minimum of 12 hours of annual in-service education.
