MetroWest Behavioral Health Center (MBHC) is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide comprehensive treatment for adolescents and adults experiencing mental health challenges, complex psychological trauma and parenting consultation within our outpatient clinic located in Acton, MA. MBHC provides the most innovative and effective evidence-based treatments tailored to each client's specific needs and strengths. In this role, you will: Provide on-site psychopharmacological consultation, assessment, evaluation and treatment for children and adults according to established practice guidelines. Order, interpret and evaluate appropriate lab and diagnostic tests to assess clinical health care needs, and arrange for an appropriate care plan and follow up. Collaborate with and provide consultation to a multidisciplinary care team, as well as maintain strong relationships with PCPs, community partner agencies, and families, and attend meetings as appropriate.
