Job Description: I. Position Summary The primary role of the Nursing Assistant is to protect, sustain, and nurture the residents/patients that live at the Center. Position Responsibilities: 1. Recognize and respond to the needs of the residents/patients and families 2. Participate in Quality Improvement programs 5. *Assist residents/patients with all aspects of personal care as indicated in the care plans 6. *Document pertinent information regarding care delivered in the designated areas of the resident/patient’s electronic medical record. 7.
