Qualifications Current and active RN license in the applicable state. Previous RN Supervisor or nursing leadership experience preferred. Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation experience strongly preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable and committed to maintaining high standards of resident care.
