Key Responsibilities Oversee planning, policy development, and patient care evaluation to ensure compliance with ACA, NCCHC, and State standards. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in their region, including coordinating training and education opportunities. Serve as a liaison between nursing services, other healthcare providers, and the Regional Manager and Medical Director. Monitor and report on nursing incidents and communicable diseases, and assess policies and procedures as needed.
