Ortho Dept - Will work with surgical patients who have had joint replacements and abide by the standards of care set forth by St. Mary's Hip & Knee Replacement Interdisciplinary Team. Float Pool CNA – Reports for assignment and proceeds to any department that the Director/Manager/Nursing Supervisor assigns, without delay. May be asked to float to other departments. Maintains required licenses, certifications, and competencies, and completes annual compliance courses on time. Supporting student learning is a shared responsibility. Job Summary: The Nursing Supervisor is a leadership position providing administrative and clinical operations oversight primarily after 4 PM Monday thru Friday, as well as weekends and holidays.
