Maintain that all residents are appropriately identified (i.e., I.D. bracelets, etc.). Specific Requirements: Must have knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies and utilize appropriately. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public. Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel. Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents. Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices. The Atrium at Rocky Hill, a memory care community, is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing to complete their nursing team. The schedule worked is every other weekend with on call responsibilities. Starting hourly rate is $49 per hour Benchmark Senior Living is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor. As a Nursing Supervisor you will manage the successful operation of the Resident Care Department, under the leadership of the Resident Care Director within our senior living community. Responsibility includes direct oversight, coaching, and direct supervision of all resident care service providers in the community . Provide on-floor nursing support to our residents and interact with family members. Incumbent will also conduct external and internal assessments and be available to take on call as needed.
