Pediatric Unit Manager (RN) Full-Time | Evening & Night Shifts Available Ditmas Children’s Nursing & Rehab Ditmas Children’s Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Unit Manager (RN) to lead and support our nursing team while delivering high-quality, individualized care to our pediatric residents. The Unit Manager is responsible for promoting and restoring patients’ health through the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and providing physical and emotional support to patients and their families. This role reports directly to the Clinical Manager of the assigned department. IMT teams deliver care directly in the community, including shelters, public spaces, and other natural settings. Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a primary practitioner responsible for assessing and monitoring participants’ clinical health and response to treatment. The RN works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, social work, peer specialists, and other staff to support participants in achieving their mental health and recovery goals.
