The Lead Clinical RN will be an active member of an interdisciplinary team to provide clinical leadership and improve office workflow and efficiency, promote quality and safety, and ensure financial stewardship. Communicates and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and other key stakeholders in the conduct of nursing and other clinical support staff practice. Utilizes appropriate resources to plan, provide, and sustain evidence-based nursing services that are safe, effective, and fiscally responsible. Advocates for clients. Actively assists others and accepts additional duties or assignments. Works in other BMG office locations and/or other shift times when needed.
