Reviews/investigates incidents, analyzes for trends; implements corrective action plans as needed. Accreditation/Survey Readiness, QA audits/detailed corrective action plan audits. Manages HHCAHPS distribution in SHP. Emergency Preparedness Planning- Activation of EPP, Post Activation Reporting & Ongoing Event Monitoring and Reporting.
