The department provides employee health services including employee onboarding and immunization compliance, respiratory protection and fit testing, blood and body fluid exposure management, communicable disease evaluation, workplace injury follow-up, return-to-work support, ergonomics, and employee wellness initiatives. Manage blood/body fluid exposures and communicable disease exposures, including testing, education, and treatment coordination. Review immunization, TB, laboratory, and other occupational health records to determine employee compliance. Administer vaccines, perform phlebotomy, and support respirator fit testing and respiratory protection requirements. Document employee health encounters accurately while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Provide Employee Health education and consultation to employees, managers, and departments. Lead and support projects, process improvement initiatives, workflow development, and program implementation. Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Safety, Human Resources, clinical departments, and other organizational partners.
