The Registered Nurse Supervisor must: Be responsible for the overall operation and quality of care for the residents on the assigned unit. Be able to follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the facility's administration and the Nursing Policies and Procedures. Have the ability to read, write and comprehend English; the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
