Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York. Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Center, or Long-Term Care setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and leadership abilities. Knowledge of CMS regulations and long-term care best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
