We are looking for a Regional Nurse Manager to join our Nursing team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. Responsibilities Ensures that nursing services are provided to patients in a professional and appropriate manner and in compliance with company policies and procedures, state and federal regulatory requirements and accepted clinical standards. Ensures that policies and procedures comply with all applicable regulatory requirements. May require understanding of nursing regulations in more than one state, including ongoing updates and new regulations Oversees patient care coordination with the Pharmacy staff and with outside Nursing agencies as indicated. Participates in the branch Quality Assurance program, assuring that local metrics include nursing quality improvement initiatives. Provides safe and professional nursing care to infusion patients. Care includes patient education, direct patient care, ongoing clinical monitoring, care planning and care coordination. Ensures 24/7 day availability of nursing care using on-call nurses after business hours. Oversees on-call schedule. Supports sales staff in growing new business by accompanying them on sales calls to discuss clinical services and programs, contributes to the development of marketing tools and programs, marketing documentation, and clinical programs. Develops and presents in-services to referrals sources.
