Our center is focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders. The ideal candidate holds a current state RN license and is passionate about delivering empathetic, evidence-based care in a supportive and recovery-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of patient health and treatment progress. Support patients throughout various phases of addiction treatment, including stabilization and recovery support. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, counselors, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families about substance use disorders, treatment options, relapse prevention, and recovery processes. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
