Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in audits/reviews. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey (required). Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Nursing or related field preferred. Minimum 1 year hospice REQUIRED. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and best practices.
