Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, CNAs, and other members of the healthcare team. Follow infection prevention, resident safety, and facility policies. Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the Nursing Supervisor or Director of Nursing. Turning and repositioning bedridden patients. Ensuring patients or residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
