Responsibilities The primary purpose of the Operating Room Technician II position is to be under the direct supervision of the professional nurse. The OR Technician II performs various duties to assist with surgical procedures and related operating room activities. Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Director of Nursing ensures that standards of professional practice are developed and maintained on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week to achieve excellence and continuity in resident care on the unit in a manner that is reflective the ESCC Core Values. The Assistant Dir. of Nursing will ensure that nursing care goals are established for each resident and provides guidance for the clinical care team to work toward established goals, ensuring that appropriate nursing care is provided and required documentation is completed.
