Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology - Brooklyn Medical Group Clinical Patient Care : Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiology care in collaboration with a board-certified cardiologists. Perform history and physical exams, manage chronic cardiovascular conditions (e.g., hypertension, heart failure, coronary artery disease, atrial fibrillation), order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans. Nuclear Stress Lab Duties : Prepare patients for nuclear stress testing (exercise and pharmacologic). Explain procedures clearly and compassionately to patients, addressing questions and concerns. Supervise and assist with patient monitoring during stress testing, including IV placement, vital signs, and ECG monitoring.
