Wound Care Nurse RN Classification Non-exempt Reports to Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing Summary/Objective: In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Guests we serve, the Wound Care Nurse RN plays a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing care to all Guests. The Wound Care Nurse RN is responsible for performing skin treatments for all guests under their care. Overview Department: Nursing Administration Schedule: Part time nights|2-12 hour shifts Facility: St. Francis Hospital Location: 355 Ridge Ave Evanston, Illinois 60202 Responsibilities The House Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who assumes administrative responsibility for the management of all department service functions on his/her shift. Makes frequent rounds throughout facility to monitor the delivery of care, oversee the quality of services and direct patient care activities as needed. Directly supervises, provides support to and communicates with all staff house-wide. In the absence of the Hospital Administrative staff, the administrative scope and responsibility is extended to all services within the hospital.
