What You Need as a Rehab LPN/Sub-Acute LPN : Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. Current LPN or RN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing. CPR certification (prior to or upon employment). Previous experience in long-term care preferred. Basic computer knowledge required.
