You will then be off for the following seven days so you will enjoy 26 weeks of time off per year with the opportunity to pick up extra visits during your off weeks if you desire. The Work: Taking home care and hospice call during night hours and weekends. Triaging calls and meeting the callers needs as appropriate. Performing hospice visit at night and on weekends. Performing start of care and routine home care visits on weekends. Performing appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures including wound and ostomy care on weekends.
