The Oncology Navigator RN is a registered professional nurse with clinical oncology knowledge who works in multiple departments to provide individualized culturally sensitive assistance to patients, families, and caregivers to help overcome healthcare system barriers. At least 2 years of hospital oncology experience. Must have knowledge and hands on experience with chemotherapy regimens, safe handling. Infusion nursing practice with chemotherapy & immunotherapy coordination is required. Oncology Navigation certification required within three years of employment This position offers consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with some occasional weekend rotation, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
