This position will be Monday-Friday and the shift will be based off of the operational need. Adolescent medicine, bi-lingual, reproductive, sexual health, gender affirming care, malnutrition care and/or substance use experience preferred. Prior experience in Interventional Radiology, procedural nursing, critical care, emergency nursing, perioperative nursing, or another related high-acuity clinical environment strongly preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience: prior charge nurse, clinical lead, educator, assistant nurse manager, or similar leadership experience preferred. Experience in clinical education, staff development, competency validation, and/or nursing orientation preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams, manage competing operational priorities, and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and professional nursing practice required. National certification in nursing specialty, nursing leadership, or professional development preferred. Preferred Qualifications MSN or advanced degree in nursing, healthcare leadership, education, or a related field. Nationally recognized nursing certification. Experience in Interventional Radiology or a procedural services environment. Experience in developing nursing education, orientation programs, and competency-based training. Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements applicable to procedural and hospital-based nursing environments.
