RN Assistant Director of Nursing ADON We are seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing ADON to join our skilled nursing team! Our facility features a fast paced sub-acute and long term care unit. The primary role of the ADON is to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and directing the functions of the Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, as well as adhering to the policies and regulations of the facility to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is delivered at all times.
