About this Job: Lead Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Trauma Service Location: MedStar Washington Hospital Center Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt MedStar Washington Hospital Center’s nationally recognized Trauma Service is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic, high-acuity team. The Lead APP plays a key leadership role in coordinating daily operations for the trauma APP group, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, teamwork, and professional development are achieved across the service. In this role, the Lead APP provides direct oversight of APP scheduling, workload distribution, and staffing, while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
