We are seeking a full-time Nurse Case Manager to cover the St. Cloud area. This position is responsible for the consultation, development, and implementation of the rehabilitation plan. A Nurse Case Manager works independently using their own discretion to assist injured workers/consumers in their recovery so that they may return to work. How you make a difference The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in patient care by contributing to the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
