Duties Description This RN2 Community will report to the Director of Quality Improvement. The RN2 will play a unique and active role in supporting the district as a nursing subject matter expert. The position provides assistance to residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s) with their activities of daily living, implementation of resident plans of care, documentation of nursing services and enabling residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.
