Qualifications Previous professional caregiving experience is strongly preferred Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred Candidates who are not currently registered must be eligible and willing to complete California HCA registration and Live Scan requirements before working with clients Current TB clearance, or ability to obtain it Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance when driving is required for an assignment Ability to assist safely with personal care and mobility-related tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation Strong communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Experience with senior care, dementia or memory care, personal care, mobility assistance, transfers, or in-home caregiving is especially valuable. Job Summary: The Clinical Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients based on HMNMH’s policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.
