Overview The Nursing Supervisor has 24/7 Administrative and Operational responsibility for the organization. They perform under the authority of executive leadership. Operationally, they are responsible for patient safety, quality, staff education and service excellence. The Nursing Supervisor is a fiscal steward for the organization collaborating with nursing and ancillary leaders in problem solving staffing roles and responsibilities. The Nursing Supervisor is able to cover nurse staffing in ICU, ED and Med/Surg. Responsibilities 24/7 operational and administrative oversight for the organization.
