Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary. Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs) BSN CRNI or other professional certification. At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital or home health care setting is preferred.
