Position Overview The Direct Care Worker will provide non-medical personal care and supportive services to help the client remain safe, comfortable, and independent in her home and community. N/IICU nurses are active participants in cutting-edge research in neonatology, surgery and pediatric subspecialty care, along with supporting deliveries in our Special Delivery Unit. The N/IICU is currently 100 beds spread over 5 individual units, each with its own manager and leadership team.
