Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes. Assist with the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Requirements Education: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program. Experience: Previous nursing experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current and active nursing license required. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to supervise, motivate, and develop nursing staff. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Clinical Skills: Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond appropriately to changing patient conditions.
