Provide comfort, encouragement, and emotional support to residents. Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, and maintaining proper nutrition as directed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care. Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and comfortable. Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility procedures. Work closely with RNs, LPNs, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to provide quality resident care. Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and choice in all aspects of care. CNA Qualifications Active Missouri CNA certification required. Current CPR/BLS certification preferred. Previous CNA, long-term care, skilled nursing, nursing home, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and direction from licensed nursing staff.
