What We're Looking For Required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a nationally accredited program. Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, Informatics, or a related field from a nationally accredited program, with either the bachelor's or master's degree in Nursing. Current Registered Nurse licensure in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and/or appropriate Compact State Licensure as applicable. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible nursing leadership experience , including significant experience at the Director of Nursing or comparable leadership level. Demonstrated success leading complex clinical operations, care-model transformation, digital transformation, technology-enabled clinical programs, or significant system/process redesign . Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional initiatives involving clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.
