RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors and ensures the overall nursing care to residents in accordance with CMS, State and Company Guidelines. Oversees Clinical policies and procedures in support of these regulations and guidelines and assists in the implementation of such. Follows up on concerns from Residents and Family members Evaluates, monitors, and manages staffing levels and availability to ensure proper levels of staffing and care Implements and oversees infection control procedures to ensure resident and staff health and safety at all times.
